Dr. Shaveta Dewan is a Director of the Company since inception. She has over 24 years of experience in medicine and healthcare administration. She holds a bachelor’s degree in medicine and surgery from the University of Delhi and a master’s degree in business administration (health care administration) from the University of Delhi. She was previously associated with Global Health Private Limited (GHPL) – Medanta, the Medicity, as associate vice president and head- quality & medical services, and Indraprastha Medical Corporation Limited as lead – Apollo quality program and special initiatives.
Dr. Vipin Chandra is a Director of the Company since inception. He has over 14 years of experience in fetal and reproductive medicine. He holds a bachelor’s degree in medicine and in surgery from Rabindra Nath Tagore Medical College, University of Rajasthan, Udaipur, and a post-graduate diploma in gynaecology and obstetrics from the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Mumbai. He was previously associated with Edappal Hospitals Private Limited as a fetal medicine and high-risk pregnancy consultant.
Dr. Gayatri Ghadiok is an Independent Director of the Company since February 1, 2025. She has over 33 years of experience in healthcare management and operations. She holds a bachelor’s degree in medicine and surgery from Christian Medical College, Punjab University, Ludhiana, and a doctorate of medicine in pathology from University of Delhi. She was previously associated with the World Health Organisation as a technical officer and consultant and also worked with Nova Medical Centres Private Limited as director of operations (strategy and operations department), Fortis Hospitals Limited as a medical director, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital as consultant (haematology), Shri Moolchand Kharaiti Ram Hospital and Ayurvedic Research Institute as senior consultant pathology, Escorts Hospital and Research Centre Limited as a senior consultant (histopathology) and Batra Hospital and Medical Research Centre as a senior consultant (pathology).
Dr. Nikhil Yadav is the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He has over 12 years of experience in the field of healthcare with a focus on core operations, long-term strategic planning, M&A and project management initiatives. He holds a bachelor’s degree in dental surgery from Dr. D.Y. Patil Dental College and Hospital Pune, and a master’s degree in hospital administration from Tata Institute of Social Sciences. He is currently responsible for the administrative and operational functions of Matcare Wellness Private Limited. He was previously associated with Apollo Health and Lifestyle Limited as chief strategy officer, Rainbow Children’s Medicare Private Limited as general manager- operations, and Pricewaterhouse Coopers Private Limited as senior consultant.
Sayan Bandyopadhyay is the Chief Financial Officer of the Company since May 1, 2025. He has over 25 years of experience in the field of finance and accounts. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Calcutta. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is currently responsible for, inter alia, overseeing finance, accounts, corporate secretarial, commercial functions, internal audit and taxation areas in the company. He was previously associated with Lifestyle International Private Limited as head – group accounts and taxation and Max Hypermarket India Private Limited as senior vice president, with Bharti Wal-Mart Private Limited as vice president & financial controller, Tata Teleservices Limited as senior manager, Bharti Airtel Limited as senior manager - finance and Bata India Limited as manager banking.
